Here at SEO Effect.com we understand the importance of your privacy. We
will never willfully disclose individually identifiable information about
our customers to any third party. You can trust us.
The policies below are in effect on the whole SEO Effect property: web site
and newsletter.
No Spam
SEO Effect does not practice or tolerate spam in any shape or form. We do
not communicate your e-mail address or contact information to any third-party
organizations unless you explicitly elect to do so by joining a partner
service. Due to the nature of the Search Engine Submission Service, SEO Effect
submits your site and contact information to the Search engines that you
select. Your e-mail address is only submitted to those search engines that
require it (for example ScrubTheWeb, MallPark, and LifeTips).
Data Collection
The following data is collected and stored in our database when you use an
SEO Effect service: e-mail, name, site URL, site name and Description.
If you elect to save your site Submission information, that data is also
stored in our database. This data is collected only for the personalized
use of these services. We will never willfully disclose individually identifiable
information about our customers to any third party.
Cookies
SEO Effect uses cookies for some of its services. The sole purpose of
these cookies is to provide better personalization of our services. We never
use these cookies to track customer habits or behavior.
Double Opt-In
All members of the SEO Effect Newsletter have given SEO Effect their permission
to be added to the list. At each sign up SEO Effect collects the IP address
of the new member's computer and sign up time. This is used only to identify
malicious people that sign up with someone else's e-mail address.
Unsubscribe
If, at any time, you whish to be removed from the SEO Effect Newsletter,
you can follow the removal instructions included in each published
issue.
