Paid: LookSmart is different from other paid advertising services by selling paid listings to commercial sites with no guarantee of success. The small business program, LookListings Small Business, lets you get one URL per web site listed with LookSmart. You pay a one-time $49 review fee, like a credit review process determining whether you will be accepted or rejected (5 day period). When accepted, you are changed $0.15 for each click that you receive from your LookSmart listing at any Looksmart or partner site that carries its listings. There is an additional $15 per month minimum billing charge equal to 100 clicks.
